Najwana operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Najwana is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use our Services.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Najwana reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or other fulfillment issues.
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance or fulfillment of your order.
Please carefully review your products, sizes, quantities, shipping address, and other information before submitting your order. Once processing has begun, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Purchases are also subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products purchased through Najwana are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed by us.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENT AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed prices may not include shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other charges applicable to your destination.
Where applicable, additional charges will be displayed during checkout or may be assessed by the relevant governmental or customs authority.
Payments made through our online store are processed using Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.
Najwana does not directly store complete credit or debit card details processed by these payment providers.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–2 business days.
After processing, estimated delivery time is generally 4–6 business days, depending on your destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances.
Najwana currently ships throughout:
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain, as well as supported destinations within the United States and Europe.
We also operate through warehouse and fulfillment arrangements that allow us to serve customers in supported regions.
Shipping and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete address information, local delivery restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@najwana.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipment.
SECTION 6 – DISCREET PACKAGING
Customer privacy is important to Najwana.
Orders are prepared and shipped using secure and discreet exterior packaging designed so that the nature of the products ordered is not readily identifiable from the outside of the parcel.
Product names or intimate product details are not intentionally displayed on the exterior packaging except where information is required by carriers, customs authorities, applicable law, or other shipping requirements.
While we take reasonable measures to maintain discretion, we cannot control mandatory information required by customs authorities, carriers, or applicable regulations.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND HYGIENE
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Due to hygiene and health protection considerations, lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, and other intimate garments are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
This restriction does not affect remedies that may be available where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the item ordered, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise affected by a fulfillment error for which we are responsible, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law. This may include replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
Customers should review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Questions or disputes concerning products or services supplied directly by third parties should be directed to the relevant third party.
SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Najwana is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online Services.
However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and Najwana.
Shopify is not the seller of Najwana products and is not responsible for the products purchased from Najwana, except to the extent separately required by applicable law or expressly provided by Shopify.
Your use of certain Shopify functionality may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
